    PRICING

    Wassiyyah has the most affordable pricing for Islamic estate planning. There is no hidden cost, monthly or yearly cost. It's a one-time lifetime membership of $US10; the only additional cost you pay is the estate plan you create and purchase. When you create an estate plan, it will be added to the cart, and you can purchase it if you wish, but no purchase commitment is required. Most estate plans you can create for $25 after becoming a premium member. Please find two examples below, and you can learn more about PRICING HERE.

    EXAMPLE#1: If you have never been a Premium member, the total cost for creating Islamic Will is US$35 (i.e., US$10 for Premium membership + US$25 for creating Islamic Will).

    EXAMPLE#2: If you have been a premium member for a few months or years but never created and purchased an estate plan. Today, you decide to create Islamic Will for your family. It will cost only US$25 for your family's Islamic Will. You will not pay for a premium membership because you are already a Premium member. You will have your membership account, which will remain active for a lifetime, and you can create as many estate plans as you wish without paying the Premium membership cost again.

    DOCTOR'S NOTE

    You should get the Doctor's note for mental capacity for all persons creating any estate plans. It's optional, but mental capacity is a legal requirement, and it may help in the future for the judiciary or court matters. You should get Doctor's note right after creating estate plans but not before creating estate plans otherwise, it won't be valid. Keep the original copy of the Doctor's note with your estate plans. Your doctor can provide you with this form, but if not, you can download a sample Doctor's note HERE for free if you are a premium member.

    An estate plan is much more than your house, jewelry, car, or any favorite things you own. After creating an estate plan, one of the most important things is to secure and protect the estate plan from any risk, such as flood, fire, theft, or others. Missing or losing an estate plan is the same as "It does not exist or nothing created." So, protect your estate plan before it becomes nothing. If you have a long term sickness or are a traveler worldwide, keeping estate plans with you is suggested.

      CREATE ISLAMIC WILLS ►

    • Wassiyyah offers the first type of Pour-over Will out of these THREE TYPES. You can create Pour-Over Will by following three points guide below.

      1. If you have created Islamic Wills in the past, go to Point#3.

      2. If you have not created Islamic Wills before, click on the below to create Islamic Wills. You will be asked to select a country, jurisdiction (i.e., state, province, or Territory), option based on your family situation, the Will types, and Bequest preference. If you have created Islamic Wills before, proceed to the next step. ​​

      3. You will get more information about upgrading your Islamic Wills to Pour-Over Will in the instructions guide's section called "Pour-Over Wills." When you are ready to create, click on "CREATE ISLAMIC WILLS," Creating and purchasing the Islamic Wills can take 5-10 minutes and cost only US$25.

    • Create your Trust or Waqf to protect faith, wealth, wishes, and inheritors in compliance with Islamic inheritance and legal laws. Wassiyyah will offer an individual and Joint family Trust in a few weeks for the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, India, China, Muslim-majority countries, and more.     • You can create a Letter of Wishes (also called a side Letter of Wishes) to express your wishes and values in line with Islamic ruling. Letter of wishes is not a new estate plan but well known and practiced by many Muslim attorneys. It's an effective estate plan especially when you live in Muslim minority countries. Wassiyyah will provide specific instructions guide with your estate plan purchase to help you complete estate plans. Creating and purchasing the Letter of Wishes will take 5-10 minutes and costs only US$25.

      CREATE LETTER OF WISHES OR SIDE LETTER FOR WISHES ►

    • You can create a Deed of Gifts or Hibah during your lifetime as a part of estate planning optimization which is different from a Testamentary Bequest offered as part of Wills or Trust after death. Every type of Deed of Gift or Hibah is customized to meet specific needs. Creating and purchasing the Deed of Gifts can take 5-10 minutes and costs only US$25.

    • The Islamic Inheritance certificate is an effective Islamic estate planning tool for Executors and Trustees. This certificate can be used with Islamic Wills or sometimes with Trust. Whether you create Islamic Wills or Trust with Wassiyyah or other services, this certificate can support Probate or other court processing by Executors and Trustees. Wassiyyah will provide specific instructions guide with your estate plan purchase to help you understand more. Purchasing the Islamic Inheritance certificate will take 5-10 minutes and costs only US$25.

      CREATE ISLAMIC INHERITANCE CERTIFICATE ►

    • This estate planning kit includes many important documents that can be helpful for Executors and Trustees. This Handy kit includes an Assets list, Family Trees, Letters to employers, Letter to organizations, Notices to creditors, Burial and Funeral arrangement letters, Trust certifications, etc. These documents are additional documents to Islamic Wills and Trusts, and it helps Executors and Trustees during the probate processing for Islamic Will and settlement process for Trust or Waqf.
