It is Islamically valid Will if you witnessed your wishes of estate distribution verbally in front of two Muslim male witnesses. However, it is not legally valid even though you are creating Will in Muslim-majority countries where Islamic laws are. There is 100% no validity of a verbal will if you live and have assets in one or more Muslim minority countries. Communicating verbally is as equal as "No Will."
