Following Terms and Conditions are applicable to WASSIYYAH.com and WASIYYAT.com are the entities are part of WASSIYYAH.com.

  3. If you are an individual who is not married Islamically and/or not registered as a legal marriage but living with a partner in common law or other related term relationships.

  4. If you are an individual, who is separated from their spouse and not living together irrespective of having children or not.

  5. If you are an individual with medium to large business or corporation assets worth approximately half a million US dollars approximately.

  6. If you are an individual who owns assets that may have huge tax implications from an estate planning of view.

  7. If you are an individual who lives in non-Muslim-dominated countries and has approximately a million assets worth approximately half a million US dollars.

  8. If you are an individual with situations that may trigger big conflicts within inheritors.

  9. If you are an individual, who is involved in illegal activities.

  10. If you are an individual man who has more than one spouse.

  11. If you are an individual with estates under litigation or lawsuits or may turn into a court matter with any person who may be the beneficiary of your inheritance.


  1. If you are an individual adult with a sound mind, who is Muslim professing Islamic faith.

  2. If you are an individual who is legally and Islamically married, Survival spouse with children, Survival Spouse or a Bachelor.

  3. If you are an individual, a worker, or a Single business owner with no business partner.

  4. If you are an individual who has clean legal records.

  5. If you are an individual who has small business assets in your residence country.

  6. If you are an individual who has assets in one or more of the Muslim majority countries.

  7. If you are an individual who has assets in Muslim minority countries but does not have substantial assets worth more than half a million US dollars approximately.

  8. If you are an individual who has assets in countries where Muslims are a minority. However, the Shariah law is legally applicable.

  9. If you are an individual with a computer or Mac with internet connections and reasonably skilled in using Microsoft word.

WASSIYYAH.COM is not responsible if you fail to follow your parts as below.

  1. Your part is to decide on creating the estate plan by agreeing to the Terms, Conditions, and Privacy policy of Wassiyyah.com. Please do not use Wassiyyah.com if you disagree.

  2. Your part is to read through the user Wassiyyah Instructions provided with the estate plan and make a note of and follow everything to make your estate plan compliant.

  3. We provide you with an easy-to-use interface to download your estate plan in less than 5 minutes. Then after, creating an estate plan should not take more than an hour assuming, you have all the required information to fill in, including your and your family's legal names, addresses, and other contact information. Your executors, Trustees, Decision maker or agent, witnesses' legal names, and other contact information. Your part is to ensure that you fill out the correct information in the appropriate field of your estate plan.

  4. Your part is to decide the type of estate plan suitable for your situation, such as Marital status (i.e., Islamically and Legally valid marriage), whether children are alive or not, types of assets, sizes of assets, and locations of assets.

  5. Your part is to decide on which types of estate plans you should create. For example, Single vs. Multi-Jurisdictional Will, Single vs. Family Trust, etc.

  6. Your part is to decide on the charity portion for your Will or Trust. You can make charity or testamentary bequest one third or less. Depending on asset types, sizes, and locations, there may be tax consequences, in one or more countries. So it is your Part to decide how much bequests (i.e. one-third or less or no Bequest) are you intend to make Part of your Will or Trust.

  7. You can create an estate plan in English through Wassiyyah. However, Your part is to decide the estate plan language suitable for you, your family, and your inheritors based on your geographical locations.

  8. Most estate plans do not require registration unless you choose to do it voluntarily. However, the registration requirements may differ from one country or jurisdiction to another. Irrespective of the case, You must register your Will if you are creating International Will.

  9. Your part is to follow the legal requirements of signing your estate plan provided in the Instruction guide by Wassiyyah.

  10. Wassiyyah is not a legal firm, not an accounting firm, and not a tax specialist firm. Your part is to consult appropriate firm(s) to save your estates from tax consequences. The taxes may be any but not limited to estate tax, wealth tax, inheritance tax, property tax, capital gain tax, or any other. Wassiyyah is not responsible for any financial loss you may face due to using our service. Do not use our service if you disagree with our terms.




If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods (s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

You may share it with your family members and Executors or Trustees. If you want to have a cold eye review with Attorney or a Lawyer for your estate plan, take the hard copy of your estate planning document for security purposes to keep your personal information confidential and to respect and protect our copyright work.




You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WASSIYYAH.com, its principals, officers, directors, representatives, employees, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, and agents, from and against any claims, losses, damages, losses, obligations, costs, actions or demands.

These include but are not limited to: (a) legal and accounting fees resulting from your use of the Service; (b) your breach of any of these Terms; (c) anything you post on or upload to the Service; and (d) any activity related to your account.
