There are four Madhab, also called Islamic jurisprudence in Islam. All Madhab have their stands in the worldwide Muslim community. Islamic Inheritance law is one of the areas where Madhab has their influence and their own opinions that you should be aware of before creating your Islamic Will or Trust. The outcome of your estate distribution may differ from one Madhab interpretation to another, and your estate plan must have a clear direction as to which Madhab needs to follow for your estate planning.
